Back in January, the game owner made a decision to temporarily shut down development as there were several time and workload concerns among the team. I would like to announce that our team will be moving slowly back into development as we begin working on vital programming.
What to expect
Within the next few months, here are some of the announcements you can expect:
Finalization of major programming systems (spaceships, combat, procedural generation, etc.)
Potential early playtesting, development, and volunteer opportunities
Showcase of some of the conceptualized features implemented and in action

We plan on releasing Galactic Legends as its first public build VERY soon!
With new developers joining the team, we’re going to be cranking out new features faster than ever before - considerably a second ‘golden age’ for this project. We plan on releasing an early access version in late July to showcase general gameplay and promote public playtesting, and the first public build will become available some time in August, which includes:
AT LEAST 3 of the 19 planned sectors within the Celestoria Cluster (including the Council Domain and the Ratary)
Chapter 1 (and perhaps chapter 2) of the Galactic Legends storyline
Close to/more than half of the conceptualized features within the Trello
We cant wait to show off the progress we’ve made on our game, but it will still take time and effort to make it there. Continued support through purchasing our merchandise and sharing our social media accounts will greatly benefit and potentially boost development! Thanks for all the support!
